Key Responsibilities

•Lead development of technical approaches and oversees project execution from planning through completion.
•Prepare designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings and working drawings while guiding junior staff.
•Develop estimates of technical efforts for projects and manage communication with the design team and client.
•Oversee the work of less experienced designers and ensure client needs are met throughout the project.
•Meet with clients and oversee all aspects of the project to ensure objectives and regulatory requirements are satisfied.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
•Successful candidate will have to pass client required drug screening, background check, and motor vehicle records check
•8+ years of experience supporting RCRA regulatory compliance, hazardous waste management, and environmental permitting projects
•Strong knowledge of federal and state hazardous waste regulations, including RCRA corrective action and compliance programs
•Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary environmental projects, including technical oversight, budgeting, scheduling, and client management
