Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Management Plans, procedures, standards, and QA/QC systems.
  • •Ensure project activities comply with contractual requirements, approved specifications/drawings, applicable codes/standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Review and approve contractors’ and consultants’ quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and related quality documentation.
  • •Establish and oversee quality control processes, including regular inspections, audits, surveillance, and compliance assessments across project sites.
  • •Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective/preventive actions, and develop/monitor quality KPIs and reports for project and senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong QA/QC management experience in construction, real estate development, infrastructure, or major project environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience implementing and managing Quality Management Systems and project-specific QA/QC programmes.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, construction quality standards, inspection/testing requirements, NCR management, and quality auditing.
  • •Experience managing consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
