•Provide manufacturing systems support, meet KPIs, and participate in after-hours on-call support.
•Investigate software issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures while producing technical documentation for transition to operations.

•Bachelor or Master degree in IT or related field.

•Experience with solution design and development using C#, XAML, ASP.NET, and JavaScript.
•Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL, including large-volume data processing and maintenance.
