Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparation of quarterly provisions and tax returns, including US federal book-to-tax adjustments, state tax adjustments, and attribute carryforward schedules.
  • •Prepare US federal and state return-to-provision (RTP) calculations.
  • •Develop, prepare, and maintain audit-ready workpapers and documentation of tax positions.
  • •Process income tax payments, prepare and post required journal entries, and maintain monthly income tax account roll-forwards and reconciliations.
  • •Support special projects and business tax filings, including M&A activities, process improvements, audits, and tax technology implementations.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of corporate tax or accounting experience.

  • •Strong Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Public accounting experience with Big 4; preferred CPA or a Master’s in Tax or Accounting.
