Key Responsibilities

  • •Support end-to-end project coordination across cleanroom design/build through tool installation execution.
  • •Maintain and track project schedules, milestones, action items, and prepare regular status updates and reporting.
  • •Assist with cleanroom layout and infrastructure planning, tracking tool allocation/layout and utility requirements (power, gas, exhaust, CDA, PCW).
  • •Coordinate contractor and vendor engagement, including technical specifications and tender documents, and follow up on deliverables.
  • •Coordinate tool move-in planning and installation schedules with engineering/operations, track hook-up readiness, and support operational readiness and steady-state transition.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/cleanroom/advanced manufacturing environments or facility/construction/engineering project execution.
  • •Basic understanding of cleanroom infrastructure (power, exhaust, CDA, PCW) and equipment installation/hook-up processes.
  • •Familiarity with semiconductor tools or lab environments is a plus.
  • •Proficiency with project tools such as Excel and MS Project, with ability to track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
