Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 8+ years of experience, or a master’s in engineering with 6+ years, or a PhD with 3+ years in technical program management.
  • •Proven experience leading end-to-end complex hardware programs with multiple PCBAs and moderate to high risk.
  • •Experience defining and delivering program plans, schedules, and budgets, including monitoring critical path and resource allocation.
  • •Experience using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project) to track program metrics.
  • •Experience in technical program management across multi-functional interdependencies in fast-paced engineering environments.
