Job Summary

Provide L2 networking managed services by proactively monitoring client queues, resolving incidents and requests within SLA, and updating tickets with accurate resolution details. Identify and investigate issues to determine root causes, communicate with clients and internal teams for escalation, and execute risk-aware changes with proper approvals. Support maintenance, auditing, trend reporting for automation opportunities, and contribute to disaster recovery implementation and testing as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Proactively monitor work queues and perform operational tasks to resolve incidents/requests within SLA.
•Update tickets with resolution tasks and capture all required information for immediate resolution.
•Identify, investigate, analyze issues/errors, log incidents, and provide second-level support including root-cause identification.
•Communicate with other teams and clients, execute risk-identified changes with mitigation plans, and follow shift handovers/escalations.
•Support change management, maintenance activities, audits and trend analysis for automation, and contribute to disaster recovery implementation and tests as required.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing (or demonstrated equivalent work experience).
•CCNP or equivalent certification.
•5-8 years of experience in networking.
•2-3 years of experience in SDN ACI.
•Moderate knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow.
