Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Sales to provide MCU-related technical expertise throughout the sales cycle.
  • •Win new customer design commitments and take customer designs through revenue with prompt technical support.
  • •Understand customer MCU requirements and propose MCU/system solutions using TI, customer, or third-party software.
  • •Recommend and implement system processor solutions in a consultative role while factoring technical feasibility, integration complexity, and business issues.
  • •Develop design-winning embedded processor proposals, provide system software architecture guidance, and debug complex hardware/software issues using TI and industry tools and test equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent electrical engineering–related field).
  • •Minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • •Basic understanding of schematics and layouts for MCUs and peripheral components.
  • •Knowledge of MCU internal resources (e.g., op-amps, data converters, clock, PWM, comparators, communication interfaces).
  • •Experience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, AWG, multimeter), plus soldering and debugging; IDE experience such as CCS is preferred.
