Job Summary

Own and manage a portfolio of investment technical projects within an autonomous production unit (UAP). Maintain the UAP project roadmap, act as a technical reference, and prioritize initiatives for validation in the Constellium Issoire investment plan. Lead projects either as project owner (maîtrise d’ouvrage) or delivery lead (maîtrise d’œuvre), ensuring delivery, safety, training, budgeting, planning, and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

•Propose and maintain the UAP project roadmap covering equipment technology evolution and product development impacts.
•Serve as the technical reference and conduct technological monitoring in your domain.
•Prioritize and initiate project requests for validation within Constellium’s investment planning for Issoire.
•As project owner (maîtrise d’ouvrage), pilot actions, ensure technical/safety/training deliverables for production start, and coordinate communication with internal stakeholders.
•As delivery lead (maîtrise d’oeuvre), manage investment projects end-to-end (study to delivery), including needs analysis, alternatives costing, and tracking budget, schedule, indicators, and project safety/quality/costs/timelines.

Key Requirements

•Manage complex industrial processes across varied domains.
•Fluency in English (anglais couramment).
•Knowledge of project management tools and MS Project for planning.
•Qualified responsibility for Constellium (être responsable qualifié(e) Constellium).
•Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, and respect safety rules.
