Risk und Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

Manage and monitor the SOX internal control system, coordinate internal and external SOX audits, and drive continuous improvement of SOX control processes with process owners and Internal Audit. Lead anti-fraud and anti-corruption training and implementation, oversee hedging instruments for commodities and currencies, and apply treasury tools to minimize risk. Partner across functions in a shared services environment in Singen and beyond.
