Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate items across service centers to ensure availability and traceability, including supplier connections for timely procurement.
  • •Manage costing processes (weekly cost reviews), update ABC inventory classifications, and maintain lead times per PDL.
  • •Place and manage orders on PDL, review forecasting data quarterly, and follow up on material status for timely delivery.
  • •Oversee warehouse operations at Thane and Talegaon, including GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, and E Way Bills for shipments.
  • •Arrange transportation with the Indirect Purchase team, handle Talegaon warehouse operations per company policies, and support other service centers with travel.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •4–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or warehouse management.
  • •Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.
  • •Knowledge of inventory classification methods such as ABC analysis.
  • •Understanding logistics documentation including GRN, delivery notes, invoices, and E Way Bills.
