Key Responsibilities

  • •Interact with guests, particularly Emirati and Arabic guests, and act as a liaison for UAE and Arabic royalty, VIPs, and dignitaries while resolving complaints and ensuring their needs are met.
  • •Train colleagues on local culture and Islamic occasions (including Ramadan, Eid, National Day) and share UAE history and cuisine with Western and non-Arabic guests.
  • •Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotel, including departments and food and beverage outlets, and conduct site inspections for F&B venues and Arabic VIP delegations.
  • •Review daily VIP and reservations reports, coordinate with departmental managers on VIP welcomes, and ensure appropriate courtesies and treatment.
  • •Build rapport with VIP guests, track preferences and special requests, and keep VIP guest profiles updated; coordinate with Finance, Sales, Security, Front Office, Transportation, and housekeeping to support seamless operations.
