Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and review signage and wayfinding strategies and design packages across masterplanning phases from pre-concept through detailed masterplanning.
  • •Coordinate with internal subject matter experts, business units, and external stakeholders to align signage concepts with broader city objectives.
  • •Drive signage typology progression from pre-concept and concept through schematic and detailed design into IFT, IFC, and delivery stages.
  • •Review signage BOQs, message schedules, and location plans in coordination with related public realm disciplines.
  • •Manage production review and contractor delivery for QA/QC, HSE compliance, site coordination, and adherence to installation schedules and deadlines; ensure as-built documentation and O&M procedures are completed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in architecture, graphic design, urban planning, or a related field.
  • •10+ years of experience leading signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics on complex developments.
  • •Strong experience across masterplanning, schematic design, IFC, and delivery stages.
  • •Proven ability to coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary stakeholder teams.
  • •Knowledge of signage BOQs and message schedules; fabrication methods and installation QA/QC experience are a plus.
