Job Summary

Support Grosvenor Mine site leadership with commercial decision-making through financial analysis, reporting, governance, and controls. Drive business case modelling for capital decisions, provide discipline-focused cost and performance reporting, and help build risk register evaluations. Partner with the Commercial Team on forecasting and budgeting, analyze plan deviations to identify root causes, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen operational value.

•Develop commercial insights to support site leadership and operational teams in making value-accretive decisions.
•Provide business case modelling for on-site capital and make recommendations for capital expenditure decisions.
•Equip discipline managers with reporting tools to enable decisions on asset reliability, lifecycle management, and total cost of ownership.
•Collaborate to build risk registers and provide financial evaluation of risk mitigation strategies.
•Support forecasting and budgeting, analyze deviations from plan, and deliver discipline-specific financial reports with operational commentary.

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate/tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as business accounting, finance, or economics.
•CA/CPA qualified, or currently studying towards qualification.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate with senior stakeholders and meet strict timelines in a complex environment.
