Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead SOC operations in an MSSP environment, managing incident detection, investigation, response, escalation, and P1 critical incident closure.
  • •Conduct proactive threat hunting and detection engineering, including mapping threats to MITRE ATT&CK.
  • •Administer and optimize Microsoft Sentinel and Elastic Security SIEM platforms, including designing Elastic Cloud Serverless SIEM deployments and integrations.
  • •Develop security use cases, dashboards, alerts, automation workflows, and maintain SOC documentation, playbooks, SOPs, and reports.
  • •Support cloud security monitoring across Azure, AWS, and GCP; drive AI-enabled security initiatives; support audits/compliance; and lead/mentor SOC analysts and engineers while managing customer engagements and SLA compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading a team of Security Operations analysts and engineers.
  • •Experience working in an MSSP, multi-customer security operations environment.
  • •Experience in large-scale public cloud environments with cloud-native security monitoring tools (Azure Security Centre/Microsoft Sentinel).
  • •Experience with vulnerability and endpoint management tools (Qualys, Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, Defender for Endpoint).
  • •Strong communication skills to explain security concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.
