Credit Management Americas – Team Lead

Lead the Americas credit management team across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Oversee customer credit reviews, conduct in-depth financial analysis, and continuously monitor credit profiles to set credit limits and payment terms. Manage complex accounts to reduce bad debt risk through proactive measures, while partnering with Sales and Finance to support revenue growth. Report KPIs to senior leadership, develop team members, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.
