Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving branch performance through coaching, motivation, and direct business development. Grow revenue by expanding small business expertise and mass affluent relationships through client appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while handling core human capital decisions including hiring, scheduling, and performance reviews.
