Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on multiple F&B hospitality projects in Egypt/North Africa and abroad (with UK oversight).
  • •Prepare finished drawings and set up project drawing packages, including managing drawing issue registers.
  • •Produce technical analysis/research into appropriate materials and construction systems, and develop documentation for tender under supervision.
  • •Develop design development packages and review mock-ups plus material/finish submittals prior to final review.
  • •Collaborate with the London design team; occasionally attend onsite meetings, liaise with contractors, and may coordinate teams producing detail drawing packages.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 7 years’ experience creating detail design packages for high-quality spaces, with high quality joinery detailing experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years of site experience and ability to manage multiple projects while working quickly when required.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture Technology from an accredited school.
  • •Highly proficient in AutoCAD; proficiency in Vectorworks and Revit is a benefit.
  • •Excellent English & Arabic communication skills, with strong technical ability to produce detailed drawing packages and FF&E specifications with costings, materials, finishes and schedules.
