Cost Manager / Senior Cost Manager

Prepare and maintain cost plans by measuring quantities and pricing items using market engagement where needed. Produce cost reports and compile benchmarking and market intelligence to support commercial decisions. Assess tender returns, contractor variations, and payment claims, and provide recommendations to the Superintendent. Use the Hive digital platform to deliver all assigned work across the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract through procurement and post-contract.
