Key Responsibilities

  • •Contribute to landscape architecture and urban design projects from concept development through contract administration.
  • •Develop creative, environmentally responsible, and technically sound design solutions for communities and public spaces.
  • •Prepare and coordinate design documentation, including site design, grading, planting plans, detailing, and construction packages.
  • •Support proposal development, client pursuits, and business development initiatives to help grow the practice.
  • •Lead portions of project delivery while mentoring and supporting early-career professionals.

Key Requirements

  • •5-7+ years of professional experience working in landscape architecture.
  • •Full Member in Good Standing with the AALA (or similar related design education) is considered an asset.
  • •Strong technical proficiency with core design and administrative software, including CAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • •Experience preparing proposals and supporting business development activities.
  • •Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, site grading, planting design, detailing, and contract administration.
