Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in the management of transversal operations supporting the organization and management (program data, financial data, HR, transformation plans).
  • •Contribute to IT asset inventory processes in collaboration with the IT department to optimize the asset cost.
  • •Manage the inventory of measurement devices, implement usage indicators for costly equipment, and track device returns.
  • •Participate in cost simulations (e.g., area, space) and enhancements or automation of dashboards.
  • •Support facilities management by improving tools to monitor workspace availability and scheduling for internal resources and subcontractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Pursuing a BAC+5 in Engineering or Project Management and seeking a 1–2 year apprenticeship.
  • •Familiarity with office tools (Excel VBA, Pivot Tables).
  • •Some experience in project management (planning, cost management).
  • •Ideally, proficiency in PowerBI.
  • •Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to collaborate across services.
