Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payments of service provider invoices and invoices for Business Units and Operating Entities (OEs).
  • •Verify outgoing payments in GRP and approve provider self-invoices.
  • •Rebill costs accurately to Business Partners and clarify special cases with Accounting and Partner Network teams.
  • •Handle requests received from providers via the shared mailbox and communicate professionally via email and/or telephone.
  • •Handle and resolve provider complaints with empathy and efficiency. Make sure all other assigned duties are completed within scope.
