Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently own business analysis deliverables for defined projects/workstreams within an agreed scope and approach.
  • •Assess opportunities and expected outcomes, and conduct feasibility, process, and impact assessments.
  • •Elicit, document, validate, and translate business needs into structured, testable requirements including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, controls, assumptions, risks, and dependencies.
  • •Support solution design and identify impacts across process, data, technology, operations, and controls; contribute to target operating models.
  • •Support test-scenario development, business testing, defect analysis, pilot planning/adoption/value measurement, and maintain traceability through implementation.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to convert ambiguous needs into clear, testable business and functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • •Working knowledge of feasibility analysis, testing, and operational readiness, including process and impact assessments.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills to run workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • •Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods, with experience in financial services or another regulated industry desirable.
  • •Business Analysis, Agile, or project-delivery qualification advantageous; requirements, process-modelling, or delivery-management tools experience advantageous.
