Maintenance Technician - 2nd shift

Overhaul, repair, and test high-speed production equipment across the facility, including ovens, packaging machines, mixers, cartoners, baggers, stuffers, and smoke houses. You’ll perform maintenance on electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and drive-train systems, operate PLCs, maintain spare parts inventory, complete quality paperwork, and ensure work follows safety, GMPs, and USDA guidelines. The role trains new hires/transfers and may require overtime and weekend work.
