DOTP-Maintenance Manager

Supervise and coach maintenance employees at a power plant, ensuring safe, compliant execution of planned, maintenance, and forced outage work. Lead outage planning, work scope and work order plan packages (including labor, materials, equipment, Lockout/Tagout, and Quality Assurance), and manage contractors, vendors, budgets, and performance reporting. Serve as Outage Authority and process subject matter expert, promote productivity and continuous improvement, and conduct field inspections.
