Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of maintenance employees to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee outage work scope/packages and work order plan packages, including labor, materials, equipment, Lockout/Tagout, technical support, and Quality Assurance requirements.
  • •Develop and implement outage resource and performance strategies, including plans, schedules, and budgets for planned/maintenance/forced outage work and scope growth.
  • •Oversee contractors and vendors for outage work, including selection, coordination, approvals, and cost-effective use of resources; monitor expenditures and performance reporting.
  • •Promote safety and environmental programs, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct field inspections, and maintain outage procedures and training for plant outage planning/performance standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of power plant operations or maintenance experience.
  • •Baccalaureate degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, plus 7 years of equivalent related experience.
  • •Experience leading or supervising employees in a related field.
  • •Project management skills.
  • •Ability to pass a pre-employment DOT drug screen and drug and alcohol testing background check (DOT PHMSA covered position).
