Key Responsibilities

•Own the self-serve product roadmap for Accelerate, acting as the primary source of market input and translating advertiser patterns into product direction.
•Drive activation, onboarding, adoption depth, and retention for SMBs and agencies, defining what a genuinely self-serve experience looks like.
•Shape the AI-first product experience by identifying where AI reduces friction, building trustworthy AI-powered features, and collaborating with AI/engineering teams.
•Collaborate with GTM, PMM, and Engineering to ensure market needs align with build plans and delivery timelines.
•Communicate product strategy and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners, balancing customer value with business impact.

Pay and Benefits

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience in ad tech, MarTech, or a performance marketing platform, with a track record of owning market-facing product surfaces.
•Experience building or shaping self-serve, product-led growth (PLG) experiences that enable SMBs and agencies to onboard and grow without heavy hand-holding.
•Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and how advertisers evaluate and onboard platforms.
•Ability to translate customer and market needs into a clear product roadmap and actionable requirements for engineers.
•Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with GTM, PMM, and Engineering; proven stakeholder management and communication.
