Job Summary

Serve as an EMEA HR point of contact across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, delivering responsive HR operations to employees and managers. Own end-to-end HR administration through the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate HRIS data, and ensure compliance with Italian labor law and relevant international regulations. Coordinate immigration-related processes, support benefits administration, and contribute to regional and global HR projects and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, supporting broader EMEA countries as needed.
•Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, benefits administration, payroll-related processes, and offboarding.
•Maintain, update, and audit employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
•Apply Italian employment legislation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR processes, and adhere to relevant international regulations.
•Coordinate immigration-related processes and manage benefits enrollment activities and administration.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years of experience providing HR support in an international organization.
•Fluent English and Italian; Spanish is a nice to have.
•Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
•Strong HRIS experience and excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
•Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strong attention to detail.
