Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, supporting broader EMEA countries as needed.
  • •Manage end-to-end HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, benefits administration, payroll-related processes, and offboarding.
  • •Maintain, update, and audit employee data in the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
  • •Apply Italian employment legislation to ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR processes, and adhere to relevant international regulations.
  • •Coordinate immigration-related processes and manage benefits enrollment activities and administration.

Key Requirements

  • •5-10 years of experience providing HR support in an international organization.
  • •Fluent English and Italian; Spanish is a nice to have.
  • •Strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation and statutory requirements.
  • •Strong HRIS experience and excellent computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and strong attention to detail.
