Key Responsibilities

•Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition to execution.
•Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
•Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
•Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
•Identify execution gaps and help close them, including owning urgent cross-department business problems.

Key Requirements

•Act as a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
•Clear writing and structured thinking, with strong follow-through on actions and decisions.
•Work directly with senior leadership and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
•Comfortably handle ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities while escalating when needed.
•Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
