Key Responsibilities

  • •Create daily/weekly replenishment plans at the supplier level using inventory parameters, actual sell-out, and planned forecast.
  • •Participate in S&OP forecast meetings and adjust forecasts accordingly.
  • •Calculate supply plans based on the generated demand forecast and maintain monthly/weekly planning files and KPI reports.
  • •Maintain healthy inventory in DC and stores against target days cover, availability targets, and shrinkage targets.
  • •Coordinate with commercial teams and suppliers on forecast plan adjustments and delivery alignment; monitor supplier issues and escalate as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
  • •3 to 4 years of experience in demand or supply planning.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookup) and SQL.
  • •Strong analytical skills to work with large datasets and form conclusions from patterns and trends.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
