Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, PPC, display ads, and paid social media.
•Optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels to drive growth.
•Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies to improve organic search rankings.
•Analyze campaign performance metrics, A/B test ad creatives, and optimize ad spend for maximum efficiency.
•Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad copy, landing pages, and marketing assets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 45,000 - 57,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Around 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
•Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms.
•Experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz) and keyword research strategies.
•Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
•Knowledge of A/B testing, landing page optimization, and marketing automation tools.
