Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and develop structural aircraft components, assemblies, installations, and design solutions for A/C derivatives programs using Catia V5, CSG Full3D, and modern design processes.
  • •Establish design principles, key characteristics design, interfaces/frontiers, materials, and detailed manufacturing process definitions.
  • •Participate in concurrent engineering with industrial and production teams across the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • •Collaborate with other engineering design offices to continuously refine interfaces (stress, analysis, loads, systems installation, armament, materials & processes, aerodynamics, DMU/CAD).
  • •Manage and coordinate internal team members and external subcontracting companies, and provide technical support to stakeholders (supply chain, quality, purchasing, manufacturing engineering, production, airworthiness, certification, qualification).

Key Requirements

  • •Aeronautical, Aerospace, or Industrial Engineering degree or related technical discipline.
  • •Proven airframe structural design experience using metallic and composites technologies for major components (e.g., empennage, fuselage, wing, weapons bay).
  • •Strong communication skills and a proactive, high team-play attitude.
  • •Ability to manage internal people and coordinate external suppliers/subcontractors.
  • •Good level of English and Spanish (written and spoken).
