Job Summary

Work with Design Verification/RTL teams and designers to verify next-generation high-performance microprocessor designs and related IP. Conduct pre-silicon and functional verification using directed and random test suites at behavioral RTL across SoC, core, and block hierarchies. Develop, simulate, and debug stimulus to find bugs, validate conformance to specifications, and measure coverage results—then document test plans and drive peer/stakeholder reviews.

Key Responsibilities

•Research, design, develop, and/or test software components and systems for semiconductor and related device manufacturing using digital design theory.
•Perform pre-silicon verification of next-generation high-performance microprocessor designs and related IPs.
•Create and run functional verification for high-speed microprocessor designs using directed and random test suites at behavioral RTL across SoC, core, and block hierarchies.
•Develop, simulate, and debug directed and random stimulus to find bugs and verify functionality and conformance to specifications.
•Document test plans, drive reviews, and measure/analyze coverage results to address coverage holes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RON 85,190 - 121,700 annually

Key Requirements

•Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
•Good knowledge of English.
•Demonstrated expertise in at least two areas: modern computer architecture (pipeline/memory hierarchy), C++ hardware modeling or testbench development, logic design in HDL (Verilog/VHDL), and hardware verification (simulation, debug, coverage, formal).
•Hands-on ability to develop and validate RTL-level designs and verification methodologies.
•Demonstrate good communication skills and ability to work with a diverse team.
