Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and operate an enterprise AI Harness enabling secure, scalable, governable AI-assisted software development across engineering organizations.
  • •Develop and manage context engineering frameworks for how agents acquire, interpret, retrieve, and use information throughout the SDLC.
  • •Architect context management services (knowledge ingestion, context assembly, retrieval mechanisms, metadata management, and lifecycle governance) for AI agent workflows.
  • •Design and implement agent memory frameworks (short-term, long-term, session-based, persistent) to improve agent effectiveness and task accuracy.
  • •Partner with security and infrastructure teams and drive context optimization (relevance scoring, retrieval quality, context window efficiency, token optimization), plus observability/evaluation and continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 232,800 - 320,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years in software engineering, platform engineering, distributed systems, or related technical leadership roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development, LLMs, agentic systems, RAG architectures, vector databases, knowledge systems, and enterprise AI platforms.
  • •Deep understanding of context engineering concepts including context construction, retrieval strategies, context composition, context lifecycle management, and prompt orchestration.
  • •Experience building platforms/frameworks/services for knowledge retrieval, agent memory, context assembly, or AI workflow orchestration at scale.
  • •Ability to take ambiguous problems and deliver practical architectures and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, architecture, product, security, and infrastructure.
