Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic outbound and qualified inbound, including outreach and warm introductions to enterprise customers.
  • •Validate value propositions during Proof of Concept (POC) phases and convert POCs into long-term revenue contracts.
  • •Develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage deals, and align stakeholders from operational teams through C-level.
  • •Handle customer negotiation end-to-end together with legal and the implementation specialist team.
  • •Engage executive stakeholders and use technical aptitude to support pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment phases while enabling internal teams with customer learnings.

Key Requirements

  • •7-10 years of sales experience, ideally enterprise/consultative selling of complex, technical products.

  • •Excellent German and English, with outstanding negotiation and communication skills.
