Job Summary

Support safe, compliant, and optimised operation of the Brine Concentrator for the Ranger Uranium Mine Rehabilitation Project. Partner with site Operations, Maintenance, and technical teams to define operating envelopes and control philosophy, monitor plant performance, troubleshoot issues (scaling, fouling, corrosion, chemical management), and manage process risk. Work an on-site roster (2 weeks on, 1 week off) with Darwin as the point of hire, contributing to risk assessments, investigations, trials, and technical documentation.

•Ensure regulatory compliance, manage process risk, and optimise performance across variable operating and seasonal conditions.
•Monitor plant performance, identify process constraints, and support optimisation initiatives.
•Troubleshoot process issues including scaling, fouling, corrosion, and chemical management, and support trials, testing, and process improvement implementation.
