Key Responsibilities

  • •Define assortment principles and a differentiated product strategy across e-commerce, full-price stores, and factory outlets.
  • •Develop assortment frameworks (e.g., depth/breadth/option count, article count, gender/age, product groups, franchises, and price points/tiers).
  • •Balance core, seasonal, and trend-driven products and set seasonal launch/drop calendars.
  • •Collaborate with Global GTM, product merchandising, planning, marketing, and retail marketing to embed DTC requirements early and align execution across stores and online.
  • •Monitor sell-through, margin, and inventory productivity; identify opportunities/risks and provide insights to Global GTM and product creation teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
  • •5–8+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in sportswear or fashion retail.
  • •Strong experience in DTC/retail merchandising, with full-price and outlet exposure a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • •Deep understanding of retail KPIs and merchandising levers.
