Key Responsibilities

  • •Own strategic delivery provider relationships end-to-end - act as the single point of accountability for performance, growth, and operational excellence
  • •Become an advocate - be the voice of the provider internally and partner with product, engineering, and go-to-market to build solutions that help providers scale
  • •Be a product expert - learn the ins and outs of the Nash Platform and how its best positioned to drive impact to providers
  • •Understand the nuances of each integration, identify areas of improvement, and manage/troubleshoot ongoing integration challenges
  • •Partner with the Merchant team and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive best performance for providers and merchants alike

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in a customer-facing and technical role, experience with carriers/delivery partners is a plus
  • •Proven success owning strategic relationships and driving growth and operational excellence
  • •Strong technical fluency — comfortable with APIs, integrations, debugging workflows, and collaborating with engineering.
  • •Experience advising product/engineering leaders and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose root causes in complex systems.
