Key Requirements

  • •Graduate degree in a clinical field, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or a related area (MS, MPH, PhD, or PharmD) with 10+ years of clinical research experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a commercial research setting, balancing scientific rigor with business needs.
  • •Experience leading or mentoring researchers, including peer-reviewing and supporting researchers toward independent publication.
  • •Strong statistical programming and analytics skills with R, Python, SQL, and/or MS Excel, plus data cleaning, management, analysis, and visualization.
  • •Experience with healthcare datasets (clinical, claims, EHR, engagement) and complex statistical analyses while managing multiple research priorities.
