Job Summary

Drive store sales and profitability by leading visual merchandising and partnering with the Visual Manager and Operations team. Manage execution of operational work including receiving, shipment, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Plan and execute visual changes to meet company standards, manage budgets/expenses and inventory control, and use reporting tools to identify merchandising opportunities. Lead, coach, and develop store associates.

•Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising.
•Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual merchandising changes.
•Plan and execute visual floor changes with management teams, including payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
•Lead associates through coaching and guidance, with responsibility for recruitment and development of talent.
