Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Visual Manager and Operations team to achieve store sales and maximize profitability through visual merchandising.
  • •Manage key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by ensuring product recovery, restock/destock, and executing visual merchandising changes.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management teams, including payroll management and adapting zones and visual support to business needs.
  • •Lead associates through coaching and guidance, with responsibility for recruitment and development of talent.
