Key Responsibilities

•Define the vision and roadmap for the Identity practice (IAM, PAM, IAG)
•Structure and industrialize offerings (diagnostic, scoping, build, run)
•Foster internal community (rituals, knowledge sharing, expert groups)
•Serve as internal technical reference on market solutions (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, Saviynt, One Identity, Usercube) and engage with editors/partners
•Provide pre-sales support: qualification, responses to calls for proposals, technical proposals and client presentations; ensure high-value engagements through accurate scoping and architecture

Key Requirements

•Experience on at least one leading identity solution (e.g., Ping, SailPoint, CyberArk, Saviynt, Okta)
•Strong knowledge of Identity ecosystems, governance, and hybrid/cloud architectures
•First successful experience in managing a team or practice
•Interest in transmission, structuring and technical leadership
•Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
