Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver strategic brand insights and analytics projects, including brand performance measurement, segmentation, consumer journey mapping, and brand positioning/refresh.
  • •Own specific phases/discrete work processes and manage execution of questionnaires and reporting for medium-low complexity accounts.
  • •Actively participate in client design and questionnaire discussions; contribute to development of questionnaire, sample design, and analytic plan.
  • •Conduct data analysis and insights generation, ensuring strong story-building through initial reporting and preliminary outputs.
  • •Manage timelines and quality of work products, perform in-depth quality checks, identify/solve project issues, and support proposal development.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of professional experience in a similar capacity or an MMR program graduate; market research experience with exposure to quantitative methodologies is preferred.
  • •Strong process and time management, including prioritizing multiple competing deadlines; prior project management experience is preferred.
  • •Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office and ability to master other business tools, including SPSS, Survey Reporter, and data management/cross-tab tools.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in market research/marketing or related social science, mathematics, and/or other analytic disciplines.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication, with logical reasoning and problem solving.
