Key Responsibilities

  • •Consider concepts and merits of primary and secondary liability in employer and public liability claims.
  • •Handle matters in accordance with client SLAs, including initial review and claim strategy setting.
  • •Review evidence (e.g., witness statements, GP records, occupational health/personnel records, property inspection reports) and deal with disclosure.
  • •Conduct investigations and manage CMCs and applications as required.
  • •Prepare pre-trial reports, trial bundles, correspondence, and support CRU appeal while ensuring compliance with SRA Standards & Regulations.
