Key Responsibilities

•Provide strategic financial support and expert advice to department heads and senior finance managers to drive key initiatives.
•Lead financial planning for key functions, including developing near-term and long-term budgets and forecasts and performing variance analysis.
•Optimize finance practices, policies, programs, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
•Collaborate with business units to deliver financial insights that support company-wide decision-making.
•Conduct market analysis and business intelligence research to identify actionable insights and monitor market trends.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A or an equivalent role.
•Experience in ad sales, sales finance, and/or the internet, media, or TMT industry (preferred).
•Advanced analytical skills including ROI-related analysis, financial modeling, and financial analysis.
•Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SQL and Power BI are highly preferred.
•Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
