Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for USAA members using desk adjusting and virtual inspection tools, while handling on-the-ground inspections in a locally assigned territory. Manage a caseload of moderate-to-complex damages, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, and ensure coverage decisions and documentation meet state regulatory requirements. Support catastrophe (CAT) response with potential travel, on-call, and off-hours work.
