•Partner with clients and IT leaders to support end-to-end engagements from strategy development through solution implementation for healthcare provider digital transformation.
•Oversee project teams, providing guidance, mentorship, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality work products on time and within budget.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and Senior Executives, guiding complex, high-stakes transformation initiatives.
•Advise on business strategy, operating model design, and digital roadmaps leveraging AI, automation, telehealth, and advanced analytics.
•Execute change management to ensure successful adoption of new technologies and workflows, while expanding client relationships and supporting new business development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

•Bachelor’s degree (advanced degrees such as an MBA preferred).
•8+ years of digital consulting experience in consulting or related advisory roles focused on healthcare providers, including significant Big 4/top-tier firm experience.
•Proven track record leading digital transformation programs using technology implementations (e.g., ERP, EHR, AI, telehealth) and data analytics; ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
•Deep understanding of healthcare provider operations, including acute care, ambulatory settings, patient access, and clinical workflows.
•Demonstrated ability to lead large, complex projects and manage high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and client management skills.
