Mortgage Loan Originator

Originate mortgage loans in an assigned non-bank territory by taking applications, performing preliminary underwriting reviews, and submitting loan requests for processing and approval. Follow up to ensure required documentation is collected for timely processing, underwriting, and closing. Spend at least half of your time outside U.S. Bank locations conducting loan sales activities and manage NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act and Regulation Z requirements, including background/credit checks.
