Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Integrated Product Teams with materials selection, construction, layout, component selection and placement, and design rule interpretation using COE capabilities.
  • •Create development schedules/plans and coordinate timely participation across Mechanical Engineering, ECAD, Parts Engineering, Planners, and Suppliers.
  • •Facilitate prototype development, support the Producibility Engineering community, and participate in Gate Reviews.
  • •Provide assistance in identifying and developing key PCB/CCA supplier partners and resolve technical and supplier-related issues across the product lifecycle.
  • •Provide periodic support to suppliers for assessments and product readiness reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM with at least five (5) years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • •Experience in PCB manufacturing.
  • •Experience in circuit card manufacturing/assembly.
  • •Experience with IPC and MIL specifications and design guides.
  • •Ability to understand PCB manufacturing and tooling process and apply IPC/MIL design guidance.
