Key Responsibilities

•Support full-duplex voice interaction technology in practical applications and conduct research for voice interaction applications.
•Implement speech recognition technology in diverse business scenarios and continuously optimize core speech recognition performance.
•Build core technology systems for audio understanding and advance cutting-edge algorithm performance.
•Focus R&D efforts across speech/audio, music processing, natural language understanding, and multimodal deep learning.
•Integrate developed speech and audio technologies into TikTok and other products for global users.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
•Hands-on experience with speech recognition, audio understanding, and voice interaction algorithms, including optimizing models with large-scale data.
•In-depth practical experience with deep learning and LLM technologies, familiar with platforms such as PyTorch.
•Strong coding skills in Linux environments, proficient in C++ and Python.
•Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and interpersonal relationships.
