Own top-of-funnel sourcing for the engineering team by building and refreshing a pipeline of high-caliber technical talent. You’ll perform market mapping, research target companies and profiles, and create creative, data-driven outreach strategies to engage passive candidates. •Build and maintain a rich, continuously refreshed pipeline of high-caliber engineering talent for current and future hiring needs.
•Own market mapping by researching the competitive landscape and identifying target companies and profiles.
•Design and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to surface and engage passive candidates.
•Lead high-volume, high-quality candidate outreach and pitch the mission and team with authenticity and clarity.
•Track and analyze sourcing metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and channel effectiveness.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70 - 100 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience with a consistent track record building pipelines for world-class engineering talent.
•Fluency in LinkedIn Recruiter, AI recruiting tools, talent mapping, and outreach sequencing tools.
•A data-driven mindset, tracking response rates, conversion rates, and channel performance to improve results.
•Strong organizational skills to manage large, multi-role pipelines without dropping the ball.
•Detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to take ownership with urgency.
