Job Summary

Own end-to-end, time-bound engagements that translate customer needs into agentic AI deployments with measurable adoption. Define each customer’s agentic AI strategy and roadmap, lead workshops and solution architecture across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform and Data Cloud, and manage delivery timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication. Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to drive rollout, consumption metrics, and ongoing value realization for government, nonprofit, and education customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead full lifecycle customer engagement across Identify, Commit, Deploy, and Consume, owning outcomes end-to-end.
•Define customer agentic AI strategy and roadmap; lead design workshops and architect solutions across Salesforce’s agentic AI platform, Data Cloud, and enterprise systems.
•Manage engagement delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, risk escalation, and progress reporting.
•Own adoption, consumption, and expansion metrics; identify blockers early and develop strategies for value realization.
•Coordinate with Forward Deployed Engineers to align strategy with technical execution and ensure delivery milestones are met.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•4+ years experience in strategic solutioning, technical advisory, or delivery leadership/program management for enterprise cloud or SaaS technology.
•Proven experience managing and delivering customer-facing projects within Public Sector, Higher Education, or Nonprofit environments.
•Prior customer-facing delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or technical advisory).
•Demonstrated understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem, including Agentic AI capabilities and Data Cloud; working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Java, or Apex.
